Itinerary
We
will arrange every last detail of your travel itinerary and ensure it runs
smoothly. Depending on your destination we will use a mix of coach, ferry,
train and air to meet your budget and timetable and will arrange visas and
local licenses where necessary. We fully understand the stress of touring
and will do our best to make it as comfortable and worry-free as
possible.
Flights
Musica
Europa can make flight enquiries on your behalf through our partner
WEXAS
International Limited (ATOL No. 5051). Once we have found the appropriate flight, you will
receive a booking confirmation and invoice from WEXAS. Payment should then be made directly to
WEXAS by you, thus
ensuring your flights are financially protected. Please note that we do
not take payment for flights ourselves.
Accommodation
Where
you stay is crucial to the success of your tour and needs to provide a
secure base that suits both your budget and specific requirements. We are
experienced in organising accommodation in all classes of hotels, student
accommodation and home stays. The location of your accommodation will be
chosen to be close to the venues you will perform in. Whenever possible, we
will use accommodation that has been tried and tested or that has been
recommended by our local staff. |
